Charge Nurse - LPN
Farmstead Living, located in Moorhead, MN, is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN) to supervise caregivers and provide exceptional care and support to our residents. The Charge Nurse at Farmstead is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborate with care team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Document resident care accurately and timely
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license issued by the state of Minnesota
- Experience in an assisted living facility is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for providing top-notch care to older adults
